Alex Burger brings together the best of local country for Un coin du ciel, a one-of-a-kind show featuring legends like Mara Tremblay and Fred Fortin, alongside fresh voices such as Arielle Soucy, Emilie Clepper, Cindy Bédard, and Simon Kearney.

It’s an inclusive event celebrating country sounds outside the mainstream, not pushing purists away, but highlighting artists who play with the genre’s codes to blaze their own trail. The title Un coin du ciel also nods to Renée Martel’s song of the same name.

Backed by Alex Burger’s house band, a carousel of guests, friends and collaborators, will step up to share each other’s songs.

Un coin du ciel is an open, generous party happening November 14 at Grizzly Fuzz.

Opening act - Jane & Compagnie

Jane & Compagnie is a musical adventure born from the pen of Moncton-born, now Québec-based artist Jane Ehrhardt. Around her revolves a crew of well-known musicians from the Québec scene. Together, they craft a sound that’s both vintage and modern — where country, rock, and open-road vibes collide. Driven by an energy that makes you want to hit the road with the windows down and your heart wide open, their songs blend disco sparkle with a 1970s outlaw country feel à la Waylon Jennings.
